How do I pay for my order?
We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Cash on Delivery. For mobile wallet payments, send the amount to the number shown at checkout and enter the transaction ID.
How long does delivery take?
1–3 working days inside Dhaka and 2–5 working days elsewhere in Bangladesh.
How do I become a reseller?
Create an account, choose a reseller plan, pay the membership fee and submit your application. Approval usually takes under 24 hours.
How much can I earn as a reseller?
You set your own selling price above the wholesale price, within the limits of your plan. Your income is calculated and tracked automatically on every order.
How do I withdraw my reseller earnings?
Request a withdrawal from your reseller dashboard. Enter your bKash, Nagad or Rocket number and the amount. We process requests within 1–3 working days.
Can I return an item?
Yes — unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
