Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.

Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty products, baby feeding items, underwear and perishable groceries cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Call +880 1700-000000 or email support@usadill.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will arrange a pickup or ask you to send the item to our Dhaka office.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 5 working days to your original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via bKash or Nagad.
