Delivery
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Delivery charge is ৳60.00 inside Dhaka city and ৳120.00 elsewhere. Orders over ৳5,000.00 ship free.
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days. Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days. We ship with Pathao Courier, Sundarban Courier and RedX.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of us receiving the item. Opened beauty products, baby feeding items and perishable groceries cannot be returned.
